Japanese Salad Dressing

  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup peanut oil
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 1" piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Combine everything in a blender and blend until liquified Tastes great on daikon sprinkled with sesame seeds or on iceberg lettuce and red radishes.
