Sunflower Salad

  • 1/3 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • lettuce
  • sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, shelled
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  1. Combine the oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
  2. Shake well and drizzle over the lettuce, mushrooms, seeds, cheese, and sprouts.
