- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- lettuce
- sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, shelled
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- Combine the oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
- Shake well and drizzle over the lettuce, mushrooms, seeds, cheese, and sprouts.
