Roast Broccoli
1 bunch broccoli, washed, cut into florets olive oil kosher salt cracked pepper dry rosemary Preheat the oven to 450 F. Place the broccoli on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with the salt and pepper. Toss well. Sprinkle with the rosemary. Place in the oven and roast for about 15 minutes.
Broccoli Puree
1/2 head broccoli, cut in florets salt cracked pepper 1/4 cup heavy cream Boil the broccoli in salted water until very tender, about 6 or 7 minutes. Drain. Heat the heavy cream. Put the drained broccoli in a food processor and pour in the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Process until smoothe. Serve.
