Sesame Salad Dressing

1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 garlic cloves, crushed pinch of sugar 1/2 tsp dijon 1/4 tsp pepper Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a lid. Shake well before serving. Serve on greens.

Hot Lemonade with Honey

juice of 1 lemon 1/4 cup honey 4 cups boiling water Combine the lemon and the honey in a tea pot.  Pour the water over the mixture and stir to combine. Serve.

Champagne Punch

15 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice 4 oz. frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate 8 0z. frozen lemonade concentrate 3 cups water 1 bottle (750 ml) champagne In a large punch bowl, combine the juices and the water.  Chill. Just before serving, add the champagne.  Stir. Serve.
