White Peach Sangria

1 ripe peach, peeled, pit removed
1 bottle dry white wine
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup brandy
¼ cup triple sec
2 cups sliced peaches
½ cup sliced lemons
½ cup sliced oranges
Ice
Sugar

Put the peach in a blender with a few tablespoons of water. Puree until smooth. Transfer to a pitcher. Pour in the wine, and the juices. Add the brandy and triple sec, and half the fruit slices. Add sugar to taste.

Chill 8 hours or overnight.

Strain out fruit. Stir in remaining fruit. Serve with ice.

Red Wine Sangria

2 bottles of red wine
1/2 cup of triple sec
3/4 cup of cognac
juice of 6 oranges
juice of 2 lemons
1 cup of sugar
2 oranges, sliced
10 oz. frozen,sliced, peaches
strawberries, sliced
chilled sparkling water or club soda

Combine the wine, triple sec, cognac, juices, and sugar.
Chill overnight.
Just before serving, add the fruit.
Serve with sparkling water to taste.

White Wine Sangria

1 (750 ml) bottle chardonnay, chilled
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups chilled club soda, or more to taste
juice of 1 lime
3 kiwis, peeled, sliced
1 mango, peeled, sliced
2 cups strawberries, sliced
ice cubes

In a large punchbowl, combine the wine and the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Chill for at least half an hour.
Stir in the fruit and chill for another half an hour.
Just before serving pour in the club soda.
Serve.
