Red Snapper with Spicy Garlic Mayo

2 red snapper fillets sea salt and cracked pepper the juice of 1/3 of a lemon 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 cup mayo Combine the mayo, garlic, and lemon juice.  Season with salt and pepper.  Set aside. Season the fish and pan fry in olive oil. Serve with the mayo.
