- 1/2 head broccoli, cut in florets
- salt
- cracked pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Boil the broccoli in salted water until very tender, about 6 or 7 minutes.
- Drain.
- Heat the heavy cream.
- Put the drained broccoli in a food processor and pour in the cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Process until smoothe.
- Serve.
