- 4 yellow skinned potatoes, peeled, and diced
- salt
- cracked pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, heated
- Boil the potatoes until tender in salted water.
- Drain and return to the pot. Add the cream and season.
- Mash well. serve.
