- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup light cream
- 1/4 tsp marjoram
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the mushrooms and saute until tender.
- Season with salt. Sprinkle in the flour.
- Stir in the cream and bring to a boil.
- Add the marjoram and paprika.
- Serve.
