Creamy Mushrooms

  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  1. Melt the butter in a skillet.  Add the mushrooms and saute until tender.
  2. Season with salt.  Sprinkle in the flour.
  3. Stir in the cream and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the marjoram and paprika.
  5. Serve.
