- 1/2 lb spinach, washed
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- salt and cracked pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- Wilt the spinach and then set aside.
- Combine the cornstarch and the milk and set aside.
- Heat the cream in a saucepan and then stir in the milk mixture.
- Bring to a bubble stirring.
- Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the spinach and then stir in the parmesan.
