Dill Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 lb potatoes, peeled, diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sourcream
  • 3 tbsp dried dill
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender.
  2. Drain.  Return to hot pot to allow the them to dry slightly.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mash well.
  4. Serve.
