- 2 lb potatoes, peeled, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sourcream
- 3 tbsp dried dill
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
- Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender.
- Drain. Return to hot pot to allow the them to dry slightly.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mash well.
- Serve.
