- 1 lb potatoes, peeled, sliced 2 cm thick
- 2 cups water mixed with 2 heaping tsp chicken bouillon
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled, left whole
- dry thyme
- dry rosemary
- sea salt and cracked pepper
- Put the potatoes with the bouillon water in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 11 minutes.
- Drain and return to the pot.
- On low heat add the butter and garlic.
- Sprinkle in the remaining ingredients. Stir well.
- Saute 4 minutes.
- Serve.
