Garlic Swiss chard

  • 1 bunch swiss chard, washed,trimmed, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • sea salt
  1. Heat the butter in a skillet and saute the garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the chard and saute until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Season with sea salt and serve.
