Garlic Swiss chard
- 1 bunch swiss chard, washed,trimmed, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- sea salt
- Heat the butter in a skillet and saute the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chard and saute until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Season with sea salt and serve.
so simple yet very good
