Glazed Radishes

  • 1 bunch radishes, cleaned well, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • sea salt and cracked pepper
  1. In a saucepan melt the butter.
  2. Add the radishes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add enough water to come halfway up the radishes.
  4. Cover and bring to a simmer.  Cook 15 minutes.
  5. Serve.
