Green Beans in Sour Cream

  • 10 button mushrooms
  • 3 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • salt and cracked pepper
  • butter
  1. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet.  Add the whole mushrooms and saute until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, steam the green beans until tender.
  3. Add the beans to the mushrooms.  Stir in the sour cream.
  4. Do not allow it to come to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
