- 2/3 lb potatoes, peeled, sliced 1/4 inch thick rounds
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- chili flakes
- dried basil
- coarse salt
- Preheat the oven to 450 F.
- Line the bottom of a greased large baking pan with the potatoes.
- Drizzle with the butter and sprinkle with the chili flakes, basil, and salt.
- Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.
