Kathleen’s Roasted Green Beans

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • olive oil
  • coarse kosher salt
  • cracked pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  2. Lay the beans on a large baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with the salt and the cracked pepper.
  5. Roast for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Serve.
