Party Mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  1. Melt the butter in a skillet.
  2. Add the mushrooms and saute them with the salt, pepper, and cloves for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the brandy over the mushrooms and set alight with a bbq lighter.
  4. When the flames die down, stir in the cream. 
  5. Serve.
