- 1 large yam, peeled, cut in wedges
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- soy sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Toss the yam in olive oil and lay on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 40 minutes, tossing half way.
- Sprinkle with the seeds and roast 5 minutes longer.
- Sprinkle with soy sauce.
- Serve.
