Zucchini and Mushrooms

  • 1 zucchini, sliced in half lengthwise and then cut in chunks
  • 8 large mushroom caps, quartered
  • olive oil
  • salt
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add the zucchini and mushrooms at the same time and season with salt.
  3. Saute until cooked.
