   Preheat the oven to 340 F. <\/font>Line a loaf pan with cling film.  <\/span><\/font><\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

   <\/font><\/font>Combine the flour, soda, 50 g cocoa, 275 g sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.  <\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

   Pour in ½ cup boiling water. Stir well.  <\/span>Mix in 175 g of the chocolate.  <\/span>Pour this into the prepared pan and bake 1 hour.<\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

   Combine 1 tsp cocoa, 125 ml water, 100 g sugar, and boil for 5 to 10 minutes until reduced and syrupy.<\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

   Take the cake out of the oven and while still in the pan, pierce some holes in it.  <\/span>Pour in the syrop.  <\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
