   Combine the cinnamon, salt, and pepper and rub the chicken on all sides.  <\/span>Heat the olive oil in a dutch oven on high heat.  <\/span>Add the chicken and brown for 5 minutes on each side.  <\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

   Remove from the pan and set aside.<\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

   Reduce the heat to medium and sauté the onions and 3 minced garlic cloves.  <\/span>Cook for 4 minutes, stirring.  <\/span>Add the wine and deglaze until the wine evaporates.  <\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

   Add the stock, tomato paste, and the remaining garlic.  <\/span>Return the chicken to the pan. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer 1 hour.  <\/span>Taste and adjust the seasoning.<\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

   Boil the egg noodles in salted water.  <\/span>Drain and toss with some butter. Sprinkle with some pecorino and cracked pepper.<\/font><\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
