   Place the spinach in a pan with just a sprinkle of water.  <\/span>Saute until it wilts.  <\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

   Remove to a colander.  <\/span>Heat the butter and the oil in a pan with the garlic.  <\/span>Stir in the spinach, once it has melted and cook 3 minutes.  <\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

   Sprinkle in the cornstarch and stir into the spinach for 2 minutes.  <\/span>Pour in the cream and stir well.  <\/span>Leave to cook 2 minutes, then stir again.  <\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
