Lemon Cream Salad Dressing

  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • kosher salt
  • cracked pepper
  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.  Serve over salad.
