Cilantro Pork Meatballs
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1 scallion, minced
- 1" ginger, peeled, inced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- Combine the pork, egg, scallions, ginger, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and cilantro. Mix well.
- Form into 1" balls.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add 2 tbsp peanut oil.
- Cook the balls for 8 minutes, turning once.
Very nice with some Asisan-y noodles
