Salmon Terriyaki

2 salmon fillets 1 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 tbsp sake 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger Combine the sugar, soy sauce, garlic, sake, and ginger in a saucepan.  Heat until the sugar dissolves. Pour the sauce over the salmon and then chill for 4 to 12 hours. Grill until done.

Red Apple

2 oz. vodka 4 oz. apple juice 1 oz. lemon juice 1 tsp grenadine ice Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.  Mix well.  Strain between two martini glasses.

Arctic Kiss

2 oz. vodka Champagne Pour an ounce of vodka in each of 2 glasses.  Top up with champagne.  Serve.
