Garlic Swiss chard

1 bunch swiss chard, washed,trimmed, chopped 1 tbsp butter 4 garlic cloves, minced sea salt Heat the butter in a skillet and saute the garlic until fragrant. Add the chard and saute until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes. Season with sea salt and serve.

1/4 cup minced onion 1/3 cup tamari 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp mustard powder 2 tbsp canola oil 2 tbsp sesame oil Combine all the ingredients in a bottle with a lid. Shake well. Serve on mixed greens.

Glazed Radishes

1 bunch radishes, cleaned well, trimmed 1 tbsp butter sea salt and cracked pepper In a saucepan melt the butter. Add the radishes and season with salt and pepper. Add enough water to come halfway up the radishes. Cover and bring to a simmer.  Cook 15 minutes. Serve.
