Sour Cream Salsa

2 cups sour cream 1 shallot, minced 2 jalapenos, minced 2 tbsp lime juice ¼ cup minced cilantro Sea salt and cracked pepper. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.  Season to taste.  Serve with tortilla chips.

Pineapple Mint Fizz

1 cup tequila 1 ½ cups pineapple juice, unsweetened 1 ½ cups lemon-lime soda ¼ cup minced mint leaves Crushed ice   Combine the tequila, juice, soda, and mint in a pitcher.  Pour over crushed ice.  Serve.

White Peach Margaritas

2 ripe large peaches, peeled and pitted 1/2 cup clear tequila 1/2 cup peach schnapps ¼ cup lime juice Ice   Put the peaches in a blender with 3 tbsp water.  Puree until smooth.  Transfer to a pitcher.  Mix in the tequila, schnapps, and lime juice.  Pour over the ice.  Serve.
